There is only one thing that has to be corrected. Luggage pick up and delivery person is not trained. I had the same experiece on both occasions that I was in the hotel. They don't know that they must remove the bags from the vehicle properly, rush the process to point of bumping into the driver, and when they get to the room they have no idea there is a suitcase stand in the closet. They don't know how to turn the A/C off, light switches, etc.
