Probably the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Nice modern rooms, gym, great pool(s), lots of pool area seating so you don’t need to worry about getting up early to reserve a chair, right on the ocean, paddle boards/ kayaks are available for free use. Food/drinks were pricy at the hotel, but there are plenty of quality affordable places to eat at just across the street. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed stay at a beautiful hotel this is your spot. Just a short drive to Patong beach - stay there if you are looking for the party/ tourist overrun place.
"Very nice hotel"

My wife and I stayed 2 nites at this hotel in February 2014. The staff were all very friendly and helpfull, we were able to check in early, and we received an upgraded room. The room was very nice and spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had a jacuzzi tub on the balcony which was a nice touch, but not very inviting in the Thailand heat. Location is unusual as the hotel is at the top of a hill, but a trolly is available to access the beach and a shuttle to access the couple restaurants and shop on the other side of the hill. There is very little to do/see at Panwa Cape, but for a relaxing couple days this was an excellent hotel.
Great place, really nice pool and gardens. A little hard to walk to Main Street and beach but hotel offers shuttle. Only negative was one side of the king bed felt like a boxspring, very uncomfortable.
"Close to Kata Beach"

Pros: Hotel was a short walk from Kata Beach and restaurants/shops. Cons: The shower door in our washroom did not close properly so water leaked onto the floor, bed was too firm, and bed sheets were not changed daily. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.
"Nice refuge across the street from a great beach"

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a second floor room. It is quiet and nicely laid out, quite a bit of room including a nice window seat. Patio had 2 chairs and a table as well as a drying rack for bathing suits. Breakfast was included in our rate. It didn't change much in the 8 days we were there but we found it had a good assortment of items to choose from. Service was always friendly although most staff know minimal English. There are several places to shop and eat a short walk from the hotel. I would not recommend a pool access room. Although we didn't stay in one, I did notice that those who did, when sitting on their patio, had NO privacy at all. People in the pool or sitting around the pool looked right into your patio. A novel concept, but something to,think about if you're considering those rooms. Found everything very clean. Overall, we would stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.
"Beautiful pool and views"

Beautiful grounds with an amazing multi-tiered pool area. Front desk staff were friendly, but others were less helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The restaurant was pricey in comparison to thai prices, and only ok in terms of quality. I looked forward to a fitness facility, but most things were broken. The location is a 10 minute walk up the hill, but we didn't mind given the great views on arrival.
