This boutique hotel with bungalow-style rooms was the perfect location to all the things we wanted to do while in Key West. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and the size was ideal for good service. The rooms have been updated and even though small were comfortable. I would have liked a closet for hang ups and a vanity in the bathroom for toiletries. I personally don't understand why a pedestal sink is ever a good idea in a hotel room. The continental breakfast was one of the few offered in hotels and good, with some protein and not just carbs. The slightly heated pool was nice but I didn't know why a Spa Rules sign was posted when they don't actually have a hot tub. The Hemingway House right across the street does a lot of tourist business and in the evenings usually has events with loud music. If this would bother you, maybe request a room in the back of the property. Also a lot of street noise in the front as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with very nice staff and we would stay here again.

Don't hesitate booking this hotel.... it is a total GEM. Beautiful, breathtaking, quiet and immaculate. Walking distance to Duval Street... so you are one block away from all the action. We were able to meet & chat with the owner Roy... he's a total inspiration for entrepreneurs and what it takes to be successful. Thank you for you sharing your wisdom.
