The hotel was comfortable - unfortunately they didn't have interconnecting rooms, so we had two adjacent rooms, for our family of 2 adults and four kids. The hotel is in a great location, with an easy walk to plenty of restaurants and the Metro. The parking was a great bonus, and we enjoyed our stay. The only weird thing was when I was packing up I found a mouse bait under the bed, which put me off a little bit. In general, good value for money.

We stayed in a great room, beautifully constructed and decorated and very clean! Service was polite but not exceptional. Blocks from Central Park, great food nearby, great neighborhood for walking around and exploring. Some noise from the street but that's to be expected in NYC. Overall a wonderful hotel, would definitely stay here again!

My stay was enjoyable, and the manager sent up a bell boy with a new key to upgrade me to a nicer view right away with no hesitation. Thank you! This is where I stay whenever I visit nyc and I will definitely return next year!

We were attending a conference at the Javits, so we saved a LOT of money walking instead of taking cabs. Room was a little small, but we weren't there very much anyways. Great service - anything we needed was taken care of right away. Staff remembered us and was very friendly and helpful. Great location for restaurants and even walked to Time Square. Would definitely stay there again.
