Mississauga Hotels

Mississauga is a place with a varied and lively range of activities and attractions, where you can relax and enjoy the benefits of being on the shores of Lake Ontario by soaking up the waterfront atmosphere or get down to some serious shopping in the state of the art malls. Whether having a romantic stroll by the marina or sampling the fine dining and high-end entertainment on offer in the city, you'll find this a green, picturesque, but dynamic getaway.

Things to see

At the heart of the community is the state of the art Mississauga Convention Centre which isn't just a popular host of weddings, but also a wide range of exhibitions and other events, catering to both private clients and businesses' needs in its 30,000 square feet of wide open space. Another huge complex keen to put on a good show is the International Centre, where a wide range of events, conferences, and exhibitions can be discovered among its various spaces, from the enormous to the intimate. A less corporate, but not less slick or impressive, space is the Mississauga Hershey Centre where you'll be able to check out ice hockey action, as well as gigs and shows from some of the world's brightest musical and entertainment names. For a more hands-on time, the Erin Mills Town Centre is a mecca for shopaholics, with 180 stores vying for your attention and business.

You can also explore some of the city's history with a number of 19th century restored houses serving as museums to the region's past, or indulge in the forward-facing shopping and leisure activities in the malls and restaurants downtown.
