Quiet. Excellent front desk, friendly and helpful. Breakfast typical, nothing special. Rock hard pillows. Hopefully, credit card payment system will be improved. When my departure was delayed due to weather, they allowed me a late checkout. Very much appreciated.
"Great little place in Bocagrande"

This is a lovely little hotel, though a bit overpriced (I think that's because it was the highest of the high season). Anyway...super helpful staff, great pool area, clean though not large rooms, and the lobby is like something straight out of 1962 (but in a good way). Well located, close to the beaches in Bocagrande. I will stay here again next time I'm in Cartagena.
"Beautiful Hotel, great pool, right on beach"

I just stayed at Holiday Inn Cartagena Morros with 2 friends for 4 nights. We loved it. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The service is friendly and we had no problems. The pool was wonderful, very relaxing (the pool doesn't get deeper then around 4 feet so you can swim or wade). The gym was pretty good. The hotel is right on the beach and the beach is a lot less busy then Bocagrande. There isn't really anything around there except a restaurant a few doors away. It cost us 12,000 pesos to get to the airport and 12,000 to get to the old city.
Great help from people there, more than happy to assist us in any way, especially Christina. Helped us to organise anything we wanted, and more than accommodating throughout our stay. A little far from old town, but backs right onto the beach. No problems with location but in terms of our stay in Cartagena was a little further than anticipated from main town. Taxis there were cheap but when the tides flooded the roads it took a little longer to get there.Overall very goos
"Good value, great location, fine breakfast"

We were pleased to discover that this hotel was within reasonable walking distance of the sites we wanted to visit. Our room was adequately equipped, with air conditioning, cable tv (almost all in spanish), telephone and mini-bar. The security box in the room was a joke as one could easily pick it up and carry it away - it was not fixed to anything! Breakfast in the courtyard was pleasant. This is not a luxury hotel but provides good value for the middle class traveler.
