"Staff was amazing, room was very, very tiny with a shared bathroom, however, bathroom was clean. Location is great if you’re going to a concert or any event at BC Place can’t beat it"

"The EXchange Hotel is wonderful because the staff appreciates their guests. The Hydra Restaurant (2nd Floor) serves the best food and dining experience. The location is the Waterfront Skytrain stop, approximately a block or so away. This is the best mode of transportation from Vancouver International Airport. A genuinely supreme Canadian experience."

"Great location very close to cruise port and walking distance to Chinatown. Loved the convenience of having 3 great restaurants at the hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this location."

Gold level lounge is worth the money for the breakfast, evening snacks etc. Very convenient location to be able to walk around downtown. Also a nice spot to see the cruise ships coming and going"
