I struggled with the identity verification through the check-in app, and the Manager was more than accommodating and ensured me there would be zero issues checking in to my room. Prime location - steps from Bathurst station, and so many great restaurants along Bloor St W. The room itself - very modern and up to date. Great TV with the various streaming apps, comfy bed, and overall no complaints. We will be back!"

Princess Wales Theatre is just minutes away, where we enjoyed the Neil Diamond Musical “A Beautiful Noise”, then a Blue Jays game the next day, less than 15 minutes walk away. The breakfast buffets are excellent. Our first time there, I hope we can do it again sometime."
