"Great property but a little bit far from all the tourist attractions"

"Boa! Ambiente agradável e tranquilo, os quartos sao limpos e os lencois tambem. Sou chata, e gostei bastante!!! :) "

"Very unique accommodations that's part of an art gallery. The proprietor (Thelma) and staff (Mateo) were both amazing and friendly and we chatted (via google translate). Thelma also made a beautiful breakfast!"

"Good hotel at a decent price. Gabriel at the front desk checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms are comfortable and have balconies. Interestingly the shower and toilet are part of the room, with frosted glass doors for privacy. Traffic was a bit loud but calmed down at night. There is a security guard posted through the evening/night. Our room had a view of Christ the Redeemer."

"A real gem of a hotel. Lovely spacious rooms off the beating track but so easy to walk to key venues, catch tram and train or taxi called for by wonderful reception. Staff so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend a stay if visiting Rio…. I don’t think I would have been as adventurous if staying in the busy parts of town "

"Ótima localização, próximo aos principais pontos turisticos da região, ambiente silencioso e organizado, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Recomendo fortemente!"

"Was very apprehensive about staying in Lapa but after arriving I felt so much better. The hotel is in a perfect spot which made it easy to see Santa Teresa, the Lapa arches and sample local nightlife in Lapa. The staff were all so helpful and made our stay perfect. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Rio."

"The hotel was good. The location was very good. Close to everything in Lapa and just 40 minutes run to Copacabana. The breakfast was ok too. The staff was very good,"

"I very much enjoyed my stay at Vila Galé! The staff were excellent from check in to check out, the property itself is beautiful in an old, but updated colonial property. I stayed in one of the apartments right beside the pool and terrace, and even while you were situated with a walkway outside the room, I felt safe and comfortable enough to open the windows wide and take a nap or do whatever within the room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore the beautiful Rio de...

"We stayed one night at the Regency Park Hotel in Rio de Janeiro and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options, definitely a highlight of our stay. What truly stood out most, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for and added a personal touch...

"Our 4th stay at MGallery and it doesn’t disappoint due to the helpful staff, cosy rooms, pool and excellent food. Santa Teresa’s a lovely oasis in Rio’s suburbs, yet within easy reach of all its attractions."

"Great location for exploring Downtown Rio. Lots of restaurants nearby."

"Amazing, beautiful view"

"This room was very small, but clean, and the staff was helpful. You do have to carry your luggage up a set of stairs."

"Stayed here now for over a month on different trips. Great hotel, great friendly staff, great location, great breakfast and room service, and a fantastic pool. Highly recommend. "

"Room was really clean. The setup is a bit off but you get more than what you pay for especially in this area"

"Rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was varied, and the price was reasonable. Not the most touristic part of town but close to many places where to eat."

"Frequento o Granada a muitos anos, ótima localização, ótimo custo benefício!!"

"Amazing four star service and staff. Absolutely germ free cleanliness. Constantly cleaning. You could eat off the floor. My third year here. I shall return."

"Good value, comfortable room, clean and the breakfast was nice. It's located in the CBD near a subway and a tram stations. Unfortunately the pandemic has killed the region, so it's not as busy as vibrant as it used to be and it's recommended extra caution when walking around at night. Staff super friendly."
