"Stayed while in town for an art festival and this residency delivered great value for money for a summer style while students are out. Simple accommodations but just what we needed for a quick weekend visit on a budget. Two seperate well appointed clean rooms each with double bed and a dresser with drawers, under bed storage. Seperate rooms in the joining area for the shower and toilet/sink. Common areas outside the room down the hall had a fridge and stove area. Will consider for our next stay...

It is situated beside the famous Toronto City Hall and within walking distance to Yonge Shopping Street, where you can find the Eaton Shopping Mall as well as many individual shops and restaurants. You can also walk to the CN Tower from the hotel but it would take you about 15 minutes."
