Los Cabos Hotels

At the southern end of Baja California, Los Cabos is a place where the weather is kind and life is sweet. It’s something of a split-personality destination – on one hand, there’s refined San Jose del Cabo. Elegant art galleries and classy restaurants adorn the cobbled streets, and life moves at a tranquil pace. On the other, there’s Cabo San Lucas, the wild child who loves to party. It’s fast-paced and frantic, fuelled by tequila and jet skis. Which will you choose?

Things to see

It might be a wise move to kick things off in San Jose del Cabo, before Cabo San Lucas wrings you dry. If you’re in the market for a new painting or sculpture, then you’ll love browsing San Jose’s Art District, a string of boutique galleries, interspersed with wine bars to keep you refreshed. If you’d rather be swinging a club than perusing art, then escape to the Punta Sur Golf Course, which is varied enough to test all handicaps. Then grab your glad rags and beachwear for a trip to Cabo San Lucas. Have your camera at the ready for the Arch, Los Cabos’ most famous landmark. It’s a natural rock formation which arcs gracefully over the beach. Then hit Medano Beach, the life and soul of Cabo San Lucas. By day, you can go diving or sailing, while at night, the drinks flow, fireworks bang, and music blasts.
