"Great location near Canada place! Great staff, they held our luggage, delivered to room when we checked in. Got an early check in and late check out. Would definitely stay again"

"Outstanding hotel with great staff. Suburb location. "

"Great location if you have an event at BC Place!! It is blocks away. Super clean, comfy bed and great parking (tight though for larger vehicles)"

"Great location and close to bus and skytrain stop (Broadway City Hall). Jose was particularly helpful and patient with providing all kinds of directions to get around. I saw him a few times and he was super friendly; I was able to leave my bag for the day as I showed up a few hours before check in. Safe neighbourhood."

"Room very clean, very big and spacious. Very affordable compared to neighboring hotels. Some of the dining places under construction, so limited food options on site but overall good. Location easy connection to.the train"

"Staff was amazing, room was very, very tiny with a shared bathroom, however, bathroom was clean. Location is great if you’re going to a concert or any event at BC Place can’t beat it"

"I like staying at the Hyatt. It’s right downtown. Walking distance from two sky trains. Ten minute from Gas Town and close to coal harbour. It’s clean and well designed. I stay here often when I visit Vancouver."

"The EXchange Hotel is wonderful because the staff appreciates their guests. The Hydra Restaurant (2nd Floor) serves the best food and dining experience. The location is the Waterfront Skytrain stop, approximately a block or so away. This is the best mode of transportation from Vancouver International Airport. A genuinely supreme Canadian experience."

"Amazing location. Beautiful hotel. I loved the gym. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lounge was lovely. I would definitely recommend."

"Yay! Great stay. Best front desk ever"

"Great location very close to cruise port and walking distance to Chinatown. Loved the convenience of having 3 great restaurants at the hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this location."

"Staff were great. Location is the best for shopping, restaurants, harbour sea bus and public transport."

"Stayed in the gold level rooms, very friendly staff and accommodating. Helpful in booking reservations or giving directions. Gold level lounge is worth the money for the breakfast, evening snacks etc. Very convenient location to be able to walk around downtown. Also a nice spot to see the cruise ships coming and going"

"Older hotel that has been maintained well. Comfortable and well situated if you need to be downtown."
