"Hotel was clean and beds were comfy! Breakfast was very average but that’s what’s expected with a continental. Would stay here again if we are back in West Edmonton"

"This was a brief stay this time for medical appointments. As all our previous stays, we were extremely pleased. Staff as always were first class, very pleasant, courteous, and professional. Our room was very clean, well stocked, and the furnishings are excellent. Lobby is inviting, the coffee bar is a nice touch and the complimentary breakfast is great! The on-site restaurant is really good with a great menu."

"Hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital for my surgery."

"We booked a 2king suite for 3 nights in October 2026. The room was very spacious, the beds/pillows/bedding super comfortable! The bathroom was huge which gave us room to move around. The location was close to downtown without the traffic. We went to the dinner theater on site and enjoyed both the buffet and show. Staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend."

"Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a ton of variety and tasted great. Free parking. My kid got sick and the staff were FANTASTIC about anything we needed. The pull out bed had seen better days and one elevator was out of order twice during our stay. But we will be back. They even allowed us to claim our choice passes to WEM before we checked in. "

"Really nice hotel with a short 20 minute walk to the West Edmonton Mall which is massive! Room was clean and tidy, beds comfy and the breakfast on site was basic but provided a good start to the morning. Lots of other places around to eat if you need."
