Not a cheap hotel by local standards, but you get what you pay for the I loved the location, the cleanliness and that was walkable to everywhere I wanted to visit.

"The reception staff were helpful especially with the parking situation, however it would be remiss of me to not highlight the state of the hotel in terms of facilties. All a little tired and broken, however for the price what would you expect. The photos no longer match as these were evidentally taken a long time ago and the condition has deteriorated. I didn't use the spa facilities so I cannot comment on those. But for the value, location, free parking and free breakfast you really cannot...

"Everything about this property is on point and by far the best we have stayed in in Albania. Modern only 9 months old, fixtures and fixings well finished and quality. Communication excellent, breakfast lovely, secure building and room. Everything you need and great position in walking distance to just about everything. "What a wonderful setting and building. We highly recommend this Villa on your visit to Permet. Our room was super comfortable from the bed to the bathroom. The staff was dedicated and friendly. We were in Permet in the late fall and so the dinner options in town were limited so we decided to make a reservation at the Villa's dining room for dinner. We were not disappointed. Everything was great. The setting, the appetizers, salad, wine and main course and the service was fantastic. The provided breakfast was delicious. The deep fried bread and fruit square was a nice touch. The breakfast menu was choice of 6 or so items prepared to your liking. The Villa is an easy walk to the downtown for exploring and easy access to hiking up the hills behind the Villa. We would not hesitate to return to this Villa in the future."
