Room was big and spacious but .... 1) there were no available outlets in the living room. 2) The phone didn't work. 3) One of the lamps didn't work. 4) When I wanted to reheat some food, I was told this huge hotel did not have a single microwave available, not even a public one in the lobby. Nice room! One of the TVs did not work. The room phone handset did not work; was told that they did not have any more batteries and to use the speaker function… Do not understand why a guest would have to pay to park on site. However, very close to rental car return; I dropped car off and walked back to the hotel.
