Will stay here again!

No complaints at all. Room was clean, everything worked.

Cville stay

Service was great, quick and very polite staff. Room was very clean. Bed was firmer than I like but for a 1 night stay not bad.

I’ve stayed in a smoking room but this made me want to vomit. I went next door to the days inn.
Teresa, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was nice for the price. The heater didn't work so they moved me to a new room. Continental breakfast is very limited, but staff was great. They cleaned my room between nights which is not common anymore.
Mike, 2-night trip

Good place for overnight stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room smell smoke but it is none-smoke room. The bathroom was update and work fine. The price is fair for the location.

It was better than I expected. The room was very clean, it looked to be recently renovated and close to 64 and downtown.

quieter upstairs, but good enough downstairs.

The manager told us it would be quieter upstairs, but we stayed downstairs because my wife is disabled. We heard a little bit of walking overhead, but it wasn't a problem. Place was nice and clean.
DAVID, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The property was clean and located close to the Expressway, Kroger, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, etc. A variety of places to visit. The gentleman at the front was not rude but also was not friendly.

Great Customer Service!

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had a very late arrival and they volunteered to move their own car to create parking for me. Above and beyond service!

Go for it!

The Econo is a great place to stay overnight. Would have wished for a room on the second floor, but overall there wasn’t anything to complain about! If you’re looking for a sweet stay—I’d say go for it! And for Econo: Please fix bathroom vents so they are quieter!
Jacob, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom looked recently remodeled and everything was spotless. The front staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was better than expected with hot water for oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt and an assortment of breads and bagels. Our microwave and fridge didn't work perfectly but everything important was great. We also enjoyed the nearby Rivanna trail we could walk to from the Econolodge.

10/10 Exceptional

It looks like the bathroom and sink area had been recently remodeled. Very clean and neat. The room was pleasant. Bed was good. Furnishings were contemporary. AC and TV worked well. It even had a microwave and a small fridge. Nice and quiet in the evenings for a good night’s sleep. I was very pleased. Continental breakfast provided. It was the least expensive motel, and was well worth the money. I stayed alone and felt pretty safe in the area. June 2023.
Teresa, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Was not a pleasant experience
Tracy, 1-night trip

The room was clean overall. No 1st floor rooms available. No accessible rooms meant climbing stairs which hurt my back quite a bit. Toilet kept refilling but never heard leak. Fridge door wouldn't close even when empty. Kept hearing fridge trying to keep items cool. Not a restful night. Cheap price. You definitely get what you pay for.

6/10 Good

I had just stayed 3 nights and checked out. I needed to wait for an Uber to pick me up and I asked the girl working at the desk if I could sit at the table in the lobby and wait (the 2 table chairs were upside down on top of the table). She told me I couldn't; they didn't allow that (or something similar). I just paid for 3 nights and I was not allowed to sit in the lobby and wait 5 to 15 minutes for a ride. You've got to be kidding me. What a lousy attitude to have towards a customer.
