The staff were all friendly and for the most part were very attentive. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact the bathroom light is hooked up to the fan and the fan was very loud. I have stayed in other Motels where they were separate and that makes more sense to me. I will recommend this place to others.

It’s an obviously older property, it’s slightly crusty and could use a definite facelift. People were nice and it was quiet and I would stay again.

Check in was fantastic as was check out. The room was nice, although it had a slight smell to it, but not an overwhelming one. It could have been air freshener which I don't like. I would stay there again. There are a number of fast food restaurants nearby. You could walk to Popeyes.

I can't remember the lady that was there on Sunday. But she saw us down in the lobby having breakfast and asked us if we needed towels and asked how my daughter's wedding went and we talked about how we were going to the ocean yesterday and told us to have fun. She was such a sweetheart. Made us feel special.

Family Emergency Trip
The customer service was very well coming and nice. The room was semi-clean. It was a basic clean (everything that would be noticeable was clean) like beds made, bathroom wiped down but the floor wasnt clean (no carpet) so our socks were extra dirty. Had a stinch to the room but it was cleared with our Febreeze. House keeping was quick with the extra towels & washclothes. I would go back.

Im not even sure where to start, I stay at choice hotels alot, especially Quality Inn and I can say this is the worst experience ever. although the staff was friendly enough there were alot of things that made the stay less then pleasant. For starters the room was dirty and in need of repairs, the Heat/ AC did not work. Also the maintenace staff did not properly identify himself or have a uniform or name tag to show who he was and when he came to inquire about the broken unit, My 18 yo daugther was alone in the room while we were at breakfast and would not let him in as he looked sketchy with a hoody with the hood up, no uniform and did not identify himelf as maintence only mentioned that he was inquiring about a broken unit. The 1 and only time housekeeping came in to service our room, they only changed the trash bags and put out new towels, did not make beds, change them, or clean anything. after our 9 day stay the room was even worse without at least everyother day housekeeping.
as far as the room, the pillows were so flat and in need of replacement, not full and robust like most places, these clearly needed to be trashed. It was hot since the AC or fan was not working, 1st night we checked in room looked unclean, but after a 13 hour drive I just needed to crash. There were roaches in the room as well.. We killed 3, front desk called at 6 am on one morning and woke me to ask if I had called which I had not! I mean do you randomly call roms to ask?

Needed towels but friendly
Our stay was for one night on our way to Gatlinburg. We had to ask for bath towels and didn't have wash clothes. The bed was comfortable and loved the pillows. I did not like the comforter but that was just my preference, my husband liked it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Needs updating of bed, pillows. Outlet in bathroom was not working. Maintenance checked but I’m not sure if it was replaced while I was there. I never saw anyone or wasn notified it wa fixed
