Food was nothing really to chose from and what was offered was packaged. No healthy foods. Room had roaches. That place is absolutely nothing like it use to be. They will not see me again I would rather sleep in my car.

Last minute trip for my daughter's graduation. Everything was smooth very clean...... friendly service even at 1145pm 😬
My only gripe is that my room had a strong smoke smell. I was pretty sure its a smoke free facility??
Other than that great service price and value. I would def stay again.

Not a great choice!
The hotel outside did NOT look like the picture online. The parking lot had some litter laying around, with mud globs in some parking spots. Gardens were weedy, edging bricks were disloged and laying around. Very unwelcoming. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was falling apart. The halls smelled of strong cleaner mixed with smoke. The room smelled okay, thankfully! 😊

Not what I’d expect for $300/night.
We had a ground floor room, window did not have any type of lock, literally anyone could open the window from outside and get access.
Black mold in the bathroom, broken tile, dirty tub. Breakfast was pitiful, corn flakes or blueberry muffin.

The room that we stay in was dirty. The shower curtain was mildew.
The team did change out the curtain.
We also found long hairs in the shower and long hair on the bathroom floor next to the toilet.
My thoughts is that the manager conduct a checkup after the room is clean

The hotel and room was clean and the amenities worked. We were out of toilet paper on to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper. Front desk stated that I could come down to retrieve my one roll of toilet paper. I stated I have to come and get it? She then brought it to our room. Also, the back door was open by a rock for the most part of the day. I did not feel that was safe .

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever paid to stay in. The room was filty, the bathroom, filty, soiled sheets. The linen had a smell of the last people, thst stayed in the room. Soiled chair in the room, paint on the wall in sleeping area and bathroom. I will never stay in this hotel AGAIN. The drawers had items still in and things dropped on the floor from last guest were not cleaned up. HORRIBLE! I took pictures.

You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for. I got a non smoking room, as soon as you walk in the room, you can smell smoke, the tv remote did not work, the front desk did ask if I wanted to change room but I decline. There were ants in the bathroom, climbing the wall, which I did not see until hours later. I was on the first floor and the person above were walking till 1 in the morning,the wall were very thin, I could hear them snoring. I would not recommend this hotel.

Roach Hotel...LOL!!!
I had asked for a room on the first floor due to a bad knee. A secondary request was to be on the back side of the building. Both were accomodated before. This time I got stuck upstairs. I could see if the place packed with occupants, but it was early and there were hardly any people there. So I am sure there weren't a lot of folks checked-in . After struggling to get all of my things upstairs in two trips, the room wasn't so bad this time. I only saw ONE hair this time that wasn't mine.
The ROACH I saw made me think less of the room again.

The price was appropriate for the location, but I expect a better room. The hallway and room smell like weed with some air freshener on top. The bedspread had food debris on it, as well as multiple cigarette burns. There was a little pile of ash on the desk, water stains on the lamp shade and desk, the fridge has a half-full bottle of some drank in the freezer, which has leaked and tinged the freezer frost orange/gray, the cold part of the fridge is dirty, and to top it off, there were old towels on the bathroom hook as well as used soap in the shower. The beds were freshly made, and the shower curtain was arranged neatly, so it’s clear the room was turned over—they just did a terrible job of it. My advice: get a hotel in Danville instead!

What a disgusting experience.
Furniture taken out of room and not replaced while still there, relocated to another room that had guests already in there, no locks on first floor exterior windows, garbage only emptied three times on a 7 day stay, the view outside the exterior window was a lawn and a lot of garbage all around the wi how, desk lamp was on floor when checking because no night stand and when I commented, was told would be rectified. Instead, came back to room, other table was taken out, and they left both lamps and phone on the floor. Several towels appeared to have what looked like fecal stains on them. Blanket and sheets gad cigarette burns/holes. Credit card was billed for full amount at check in, even though I said will pay cash. Next day was billed an additional amount of $698.75. When checking out, paid cash, and desk manager gave me a credit card receipt for the charge. Would not issue credit. When I said I would call police, he cancelled the charge and showed me a bill stating amount due and again told me not to worry. Would not return cash or credit account until I picked up my phone and stated I am contacting the police. This was my second and last stay there.
