Too hot
The hotel is really nice, the only drawback was there is no air-conditioning and no fans in the room, I did stay on probably the hottest day of the year, opening the window only gave loud traffic noise. Overall the hotel is very clean and well presented.

Great, comfy quiet place to stay whilst visiting family in liverpool, very reasonably priced. Breakfast extra 13 per head per day was absolutely delicious. Service was fab too.

Don't be put off by the fact that it's on an industrial estate! Excellent service, happy and efficient staff, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. The grounds outside have been cleverly landscaped to disguise what's beyond.

Hotel was fantastic, room was clean and comfortable.
Only had one night so didn't get to dine or anything but all looked really nice.
Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful nights sleep.
Lovely and quiet. Easy to find,with lots of signs.Comfy bed,friendly staff. Only downside was the extractor fan in the bathroom not very efficient so took a long time for condensation to go after a shower. Would stay again if in the area.

Handy for a One Night Only Stop Over
Easy to find, good car parking and friendly staff. Our double room was very dusty, and tired loooking, in need of a good spring clean and a lick of paint.
We stayed 2 nights and had we known how small the bathroom was, we'd have gone for a suite. Two people cannot be in it at the same time.
The bath towels were awful, old and rough but handy for exfoliating your skin!
On the plus side it was a comfy bed and pillows with clean soft sheets.
We ate at the restaurant, and had the garlic mushrooms and tart starters. Followed by salmon and tuna mains. All were tasty and would recommend them.

The bed was extemely uncomfortable, we were put in a room that yhe heating was on full blast and couldnt turn off, there was a factory across the roaf and the fans were going all night and we couldnt sleep. The food was awful, the chips were soggy , the bacon was rock hard
