Property is in a great location. The restaurant in ground floor has very good food and is nicely decorated, ideal for a meal or just drinks. From the room the view of the city was quite nice. Staff were extremely helpful during our check-in and throughout our stay.

Overpriced, broken furniture and scruffy room decor.
Service and breakfast were nice. However, it was a busy weekend and two of the three lifts were broken.
Kind of ruined what should have been a lovely family weekend. Wish we had spent less money and stayed somewhere better value.

Great location since we were arriving from Paris on the train. Beautiful site with very kind and helpful staff. One issue was finding a place to open our luggage and unpack. Not a lot of surface level for luggage. Overall, beautiful property great also if you’re getting the train up to Althorp via the Euston stop. Convenient and great staff!

Hotel was lovely and surprisingly quiet considering the close proximity to St Pancras. A good location for public transport as it’s within a 5 minute walking distance to St Pancras / Euston / King’s Cross stations so you are well connected

The Pullman is in a former office block on the Euston Road. It's in a good location for connections to the three major train stations in the area. It's also close to the British Library and the British Museum. There are plenty of connections by Underground from Kings Cross/St Pancras station nearby.The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint is about loud noise/music in the late afternoon/early evening from somewhere nearby outside the hotel. The hotel's claim to be puzzled by this wasn't really convincing as it seems like a regular occurence. I was there early in the week and I suspect that this would be a more serious problem at the weekend.
I didn't eat or drink at the hotel but the whole reception/bar/dining room area looks a mess with some sort of jungle themed decor. There didn't seem to be anywhere to have a quiet drink or meal.
