Do not recommend this particular hotel
Room was very hot when we got there. The front desk said the air is motion activated and it would it cook off. It was 72 degrees and didn’t cook off. Had to fuss to get them to offer to move us to two separate rooms because they didn’t have any 2 bedroom suites left. But the rooms were not together so we suffered in the hot room. The hotel offered us $25 off the room.

Pick A Different Hotel
Pick a different hotel if you can. I travel all over for business. I picked this because of the name and reputation the name has. This specific location does everything in my opinion at the minimum requirement - checkbox management (no above and beyond here). My guess is management does not realize they are in the hospitality business, they just think they are in "business" and that treatment resonates to all of the guests and employees (except Raven at the front desk...she was amazing, if you own a business in the area -hire her!). There are 5-6 hotels across the street here - check them out.

Checked in on a Sunday requested room to be cleaned Wednesday and was promised ir was going to be cleaned but it wasnt. Thursday the same thing s/w 2 different people and room finally cleaned late afternoon

Never stayed at a residence inn before and we were not impressed. We were booked for a week and had to constantly request basics like toilet paper and towels. The staff was indifferent and the breakfast was lackluster. The tvs were so old that couldn’t stream netflix without upgrading my plan.After waiting 4 days for a full room clean they made the bed with the same sheets and the housekeeper must have set an alarm because the next morning we were woken up at 6am by an alarm clock we never set. I would not recommend this place for more than a night.

Front desk friendly, other than that the hotel is roach infested, dirty, fireplace didnt work, no hot water until the afternoon. Breakfast wasnt prepared. Crust around the containers, undergarments left in the drawer, butter and milk lefr in the refrigerator. At least 9-10 roaches crawling up and down the wall. I was disappointed at check in. I wasn't asked if I was a member. I wasn't told the breakfast times. But most importantly I was not advised that the pool was closed. Then at 6 am the next morning I was alerted to an additional charge from my credit card company. I had to go to front desk to dispute, still watching to be sure it's corrected.

Room was great. Staff was nice. Pool was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Was hoping for waffles but they didn’t have a waffle maker. Sofa couch mattress was very thin. It like I was sleeping on the floor and the floor had springs. We loved the the place. All ready recommended to other people.

HORRIBLE STAY
I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was unacceptable.
We arrived late and immediately noticed red flags—stains on the tile floor, and a used soap bar still sitting in the dish from the previous guest. Things only got worse from there. The sheets on the bed appeared to have already been slept in, and the bathroom was nearly unusable: the shower didn’t drain, the toilet ran constantly, the light didn’t work, and several cabinets were literally hanging off the hinges.
To make matters worse, our suite was supposed to include two beds in one of the rooms, but only had one. We asked staff three separate times to have the manager contact us, and never heard a word back.
This was one of the most poorly maintained and poorly managed stays I’ve ever had. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, but based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Overall my stay was excellent loved the size of the room staff was very nice. My only con was the fact that the bedroom I slept in was super hot and I couldn’t sleep I’m a very hot natured person . I tried calling the front desk but couldn’t get anyone. But other than that my stay was Awesome!!!
