I just stayed one night while attending the TESOL conference hosted at the Hilton nearby. It was a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the conference venue.
I was on the 16th floor, so I had a great view of the beach from the balcony and also the passageway to the room.

Really nice place. Staff was friendly, Fellow traveler vibe was good. Lots of families. Not rowdy at all. Great stretch of beach. Would come back for sure.

Nice, clean, but dated, room. Beautiful ocean view. Bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. They could spring for some nice toiletries. Had to run to Walmart (short drive) and get some decent hair products and lotion.

This one room was very small
I've stayed at this resort many times. All rooms had Washers & Dryers in the rooms except this one. Room was the smallest I've ever stayed in of any hotel, let alone a resort. All other rooms at this resort have been very comfortable. Room floor had small particles on it like sand but softer. It had a great private balcony. Bed sleeps good. Elevators were quick. Parking was good as welll.

Resort was nice . Condo needs some attention.
Work brought unexpectedly back to seawatch for 2 nights. We have stayed many times at seawatch yrs ago. We decided to try it again. Reservation was a breeze as was check in. Condo 1210 was a huge disappointment. For the cost for the two nights it’s pretty upsetting.

The staff were friendly ; pool areas were useable and fun ! One of the tubs were dirty, wasn’t clean . Ring around the tub. Counter tops were half cleaned. Floors needed sweeping.im thinking it was an older room. One king room other room had double beds . I wouldn’t recommend or I should say I wouldnt book again

I was supposed to get a Oceanfront room but got his side view instead. The staff was so rude. Not one but all of them. Be laundry room had some of their machines broke down. They had no change machine and the barcodes on the washer and dryers did not even work to pay for your clothes to be washed or dried. I am handicapped in I had to use a wheelchair and it was hard to get through the doors and when you tried to walk down the walkway there was no room to push your wheelchair. I will never stay at this place again. This was my second time staying here and my last. There were other renters that were saying the same thing and we're not happy.

It is convenient gas, Tanger outlet, food. My unit was old and did need updating. My largest complaint, the owner above doing improvements which began daily with drilling, hammering etc. Therefore was the opposite of why I chose this place. I went to rest and peace. I had one or the other noises daily. When I complained I was advised owners are allowed to do these between 9-6 pm daily. (Glad I wasn’t there with a child. )I basically had to leave daily in order to escape the noise. The furnishings were dated. I reported difficulties with locking patio door and sockets need replaced (two) in bedroom, unsafe to use in my opinion.The only lock as such on the entry was a flip out thing. It still allowed for the door to be cracked, a hand flip it back and enter. I placed a chair there nightly. If someone used a card to open the door, it was easily accessed. The closet was tiny and I consider a half closet. Lastly, the water was also cut off on Thursday between 10-12. I spoke with the Mgr. and Homeowners President and said they could not assist. I will say, they though they could talk to the Homeowner association and see if they could give me a day or two free stay in the future. I don’t intend to again go there so to me it was not a way of repaying for the vacation I basically lost. Those coming may also wish to know there is a large camping site next door with 100’s of mobile homes, so the beach may be very crowded in the summer months.
