maybe I haven't been in big city in concerts,events ,conferences etc but the big issue was the parking hard to find closed and been not familiar with the streets was kind scary to drive for food or medicines but everything else was okay .

Staff was friendly, area was somewhat clean for what it is. The place had limited amenities; no ice machine had to walk to a liquor store, the pool had no water. Moreover, there was a vallet fee of 15 in wich you park your own car and it was not noted when making the reservations. Lastly the AC temperature was locked and had to manhandled the door to the restroom. Would like a refund.

free parking does not apply to fridays and saturdays ($15). It is really difficult to have a good night sleep when you can hear people snoring from other rooms. I already used ear plugs so you can imagine how thin the walls are. But thin walls seem to be the biggest problems for all motels in this country.

Property has the necessary item for a pleasant and not expensive stay . I do recommend this place if you want to save some money . Everything is clean and staff is very polite . For the price was perfect.

The check in and out was efficient, except I didn't know they took a $100 deposit until I got there. There were a lot of signs posted about all the rules, and I wish there were some plastic utensils provided. Clean and quiet though! Definitely correlates with the price.

Very sorry to say but the property was infested with roaches. It was not a clean environment very said because i was looking forward to staying here after a very long flight from New Jersey. I was unable to sleep under the comforter because i was afraid to remove the sheets due to the infestation . I rented two rooms but i will not return here. Sorry for the bad review it was very disappointing

My boyfriend and I spent the night for easy access to LA live. Overall pleasantly surprised with the pricing given its downtown LA, hotel room was well kept. Also it was $15 for parking, can’t beat that for a Saturday night. Only offside is the area, we didn’t feel safe walking outside and ordered an Uber instead. Sunday morning there was a lot of noise from outside guests.
