Good value for money.
For me personally the bed could have been a little firmer. Otherwise excellent value for money. We were just looking for a quick overnight stay so can't speak to location. However, as it was away from the highway it was very quiet.

Charming and spotless.
Charming and comfy! My wife Stephanie is writing this review. We are seniors and travel on a budget and have seen many many hotels and motels. We will definitely be back to stay here. The building is older but it is in excellent condition and the feel is like going to visit your grandparents elegant old home. The room was on the second floor. We climbed the spacious stairway to get there. The carpet is thick and in wonderful condition, my husband calls it "theater carpeting." Plantation shutters, a kitchenette with china, silverware and everything you could need including a wine opener is in the room. The bath was spotless and updated. This is a standard 2 queen room. The only negatives, which were not a big deal at all, were that the towels were a little skimpy and we were only given a set of two. ( I like an extra towel for my hair in the morning). The sheets are older and the beds a bit soft, like going to visit your grandmother 😉 All in all we loved it and are definitely going back. The charm, quaint elegance and coziness as well as the cleanliness were a big plus for us. We felt very ' at home' .

Above and beyond
I walked into the lobby like 5 minutes before they close. I had missed the last ferry. I had other issues also like the lack of any of my debit cards. The couple that run the place were So so kind, helpful and accommodating. Everything else was pretty good as well. I'll be back under much better circumstances. !

Very nice staff. Room was huge with a little kitchenette. Good supply of hot water. Hoping they get new mattresses soon as it was a bit rough on our backs sleeping. Otherwise we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Thin walls dirty stained towels and bedding Continental breakfast stale donuts and bagels over ripe banana and mushy apples Front door locked and instructions on door to call for access was told wrong number and hung up then call back saying to go around back on unlit path resulting in tripping and bush scraps bringing blood. Motorcycle Run staying there and rider's starting Bikes at 6am Will never stay there again and have posted this as well on several sites

This is an old, very used motel. There is no elevator. Real metal keys. Bill the night manager was very nice. However, he knew the toilet in our room didn’t work properly. The room should not have been booked at all but with my luck I get stuck in this musty old room. The whole town of Anacortes was booked due to a motorcycle run through the area and a concert at the casino. When we realize the toilet doesn’t flush I went downstairs to find the nice man that greeted me, Bill. He follows me up to the room and has a bucket in his hand. He knew the back of the toilet needed water so it could flush. He is demonstrating how to do this because there are no more rooms. The toilet was dirty. My girlfriends and I had to replace the water in the back of the toilet every time we had to use it. A broken toilet is unacceptable. This room should have never been rented out to anyone. But that didn’t stop the owner, Tony from booking up his whole very old dirty motel. I would expect Expedia to give me a full refund.

4/10 Fair

the location was good and the property was very convenient to get in and out of. The property was pet friendly which was a big reason for staying here. The property is dated which was no big deal. Our room was big but dirty- tabletop was sticky, the couch was very dated and filthy. The living room had a distinct pet urin odor. The refrigerator was very noisy. There were tiny bugs crawling all over the bathroom.

My wife loved the Husband and Wife team they were so inviting and made you feel comfortable as soon as you walked through the door. They upgraded us to a king suite at no extra cost . Our stay was was everything we could expect for a $200.00 room and more . My only complaint is the Mattress was extra firm but that's my problem another than that is very a pleasant stay .

An excellent value for the area. It is an older property. But, for us on a whale watching adventure, it was fine.
