The property was great! Walking distance to 2 main train station. Convenient to everything. Staff was friendly and pleasant, breakfast buffet was delicious. Our room was a good size thought it would be smaller.

Hotel a good choice for friendly staff and nice accommodations. Easy to get to by foot from Tokyo Station ..10min walk . Up Agi Doré Street till Choi Dori left past a few doors down. Great are for waking and shopping. 👍

Good stay
The room was spacious, for Japanese standards and bed very comfy. The common lobby area isn’t the best. Access to coffee and water is limited due to (paid) breakfasts and lunches. The capacity of the breakfast is very limited and nit very comfy. Value for money medium good. We were charged more than in the hotels.com confirmation, will figure out the reason.

The hotel was great as it was central for trains and shopping - no bar or evening restaurant which I didn’t read the small print. Very polite staff probably would just have preferred a little more life about it
