Easy to check in. A small hotel with narrow corridors, so took a little time to find our room. Very nice clean room. We loved the view to a green and quiet garden without no overlook into the room. Good equipment for eating in the room (microwave, cutlery, electric kettle etc). We had some questions and got very fast answer on Whatsapp. Easy to check out, but we miss the outdoorcode after checkout, that was the only thing we would "picked on". We had luggage inside, so we had to call them to let us in. Took a time. But all in all, a pleasant stay 😊

Had a lovely stay at Bob W Holland Park. Great location - quiet overall and right in front of a bus stop so it’s easy to get around the city. The room & amenities were quite nice. The only thing I didn’t love is that the walls seem pretty thin - I could hear the tv next door/whenever anyone was on the phone or moving luggage around. If you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to noise, consider this before booking but I would stay here again.

Nice rooms and good facilities especially the lounge with access to the garden. The free luggage lockers are a great idea and work really well. The only negative is the amount of doors and fire doors so it can be difficult to get around the building with your luggage

Room windows can only open the size of a finger. There is no window whatsoever in the rest of the building. Heat just stays constantly and the fan is not enough. Very bad choice for hot days. Slight smell of cigarette on top.

The room was clean overall but the finer details were missed. There was dust in hard to reach places and there was a stain on one of our towels. As well as this there were stains on the carpets in the corridors which weren’t a nice first impression. Our Tv did not work and when instructed by the AI tool on whatsapp on how to fix the problem, after following all the instructions the tv still didnt work. For the price we paid I would at least expect a working TV. Otherwise our stay was lovely. The location was good, the overall cleanliness was good and the room was very spacious. Another downside was when we arrived 2 hours before check-in, we couldnt use any of the lockers as they were all reserved.

Perfectly clean and serviceable for a short stay. The kitchen facility was quite basic - literally just a kettle and microwave so you won’t be making any three course meals here. The room was also a bit short of storage to put my things and the bathroom was a bit cramped. Considering the price I paid not really too much to complain about. I was happy and would definitely recommend if you’re on a budget and need a base for a few days.

It was my second time staying here, and unfortunately the experience was not as good. Facilities, cleanliness all were fine but the difference was this time I got a room at the front of the property. I didn’t look to be on a particularly busy road, but the traffic noise was quite bad for most of the night. The owners must recognise this issue as they gave away ear plugs in the room. This is a good touch, but sadly didn’t work for me and i didn’t get a good nights sleep. If you are a light sleeper perhaps bring ear plugs that you know to work, otherwise it could be a problem. The room I had at the back of the property was fine, but I was not so lucky this time. It’s a shame to report this, as otherwise it is really good accommodation.

Nice room and very clean. The layout is very well thought out and is styled nicely. The kitchen is compact with everything you would need for a short stay. However, I found having to use my phone for everything, check in, access to the property and room a faff. The room I had looked on to a busy road and the walls are very thin. I could hear the tv from the next room. I was booked in for 2 nights during the recent extreme heat and anyone looking to book in the summer should note that there is no air conditioning. A stand alone fan was provided but did little to cool the room, it was an absolute furnace and made me feel quite ill. So much so that I checked out and went to another hotel. (It was cooler outside than in the room!) This is where having someone on site would have been a benefit. Other rooms may not have these issues as there seems to be rooms facing the back but I wouldn't stay here again...not that I did anyway! Sorry Bob W!

Good spot, cute building. I was in a single room at the front of the building on th 3rd floor. Access with lift was very easy, and the room was super cute 'tiny house' design vibes. Perfect for a solo traveller! Loved the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. And a mini fridge! The traffic noise at the front of the building was a bit loud but fine with the double-glased windows shut. And they provide ear plugs. However I had to have the windows open - the building gets blasted by sun all day, probably lovely in winter but on a 25 degree spring day, this room was hot! No AC, but the fan helped. Fine for me as it cooled down the next day, but I wouldnt want to be here in a London heatwave! Also I know it's part of the whole Bob W 'vibe', but the keyless/phone access is so annoying. Having to open the app/webpage everytime you want to get into your room is a drag.

A estadia como um todo foi muito agradável! Café da manhã incluso para quem pagava cancelamento até certa data, no Taste of Joy foi sensacional, muito bem atendidos pela Neg. O quarta era pequeno mas atendia muito bem, estava bem limpo. O único problema era o elevador ainda não estar 100% instalado (e isso não foi mencionado no anúncio), o que resultou em subir e depois descer 3 lances de escadas com malas super pesadas, bem inconveniente. Eu não cheguei a usar, mas o local conta somente com 8 lockers para todo o hotel, a chance de você pegar ele lotado, é grande. Mas são espaçosos, cabem uma mala grande mais uma mochila ou mala mole juntas/

The room was as described and had proper coffee and good toiletries which was a major plus. Eco friendly and well laid out. Useful for a one night stay. Check in needs re thinking. Automatically give out WiFi code with door code, it took me a while to get it because roaming signal was not good
