Severely disappointed.
It was not good. Had a medical procedure done that morning so asked if I could check in a half hour early. They said the room wasn’t clean due to there only being 2 cleaning rooms. Then at 3pm, room still wasn’t ready. Finally just after 4pm it was finally ready. Then there was hair on the wall in the bathroom, towels were not completely restocked, and closet had not been cleaned as there was dirty towels hanging in there. I didn’t get the room I requested which was the first time that has ever happened. Never had this type of experience before at a Holiday Inn Express. Will not be staying at this location again.

Watch your Drivers License and Credit Card
It really bothered me that the Clerk checking me in took my D.L and my Amex card and made photo copy of it. She said it was for security against Fraud. After thinking about it for 20minutes I went back to the Front Desk and asked to see. As she stated it was stapled to my reservation. Which still made me nervous so I asked her to cross out my License # and my credit card cvc…. I have Never Seen this before! With all my travels if this is the Hotels protocol! will never book with them again good way to go Shopping with my information

Greedy hotel, just for the mony
My air flight was canceled so i booked this hotel not knowing the airline would provide a hotel, so the hotel i booked would not refund my cost because of pain greed for my money, that's correct just pain greed for money taking advantage of my bad situation and not even giving it a second thought, to make it even worse the trip insurance i bought along with the room wouldnt help either. This made for an unexpected long and costly flight home, so im saying this hotel is strictly in it for the MONEY, 100% greedy for the MONEY.
