The place is new and has modern touches to it, loved the skydeck...just li'l disappointed to find out a swimming pool is missing, but over all, excellent hotel stay experience for the whole family.

The hotel has good aesthetics and fine taste. Generally, staff was very good (front desk) although the ones in the dining area for breakfast need to be more attentive to customers. They are talking among themselves leaving customers unattended and when they do, service takes long...

I was upgraded to a very spacious room because the room that was assigned to me initially was next to a function room with people that were very noisy. Thank you for the upgrade! It property has the amenities that a light traveller like me need.The shower was decent. I did not use the rain shower because it did not really work as such. I asked the front desk to fix the issue but the maintenance guy must have increased the pressure instead. The hand held shower worked just fine anyway. It has a very limited parking space. You'll be lucky to find an empty space after a long day of driving. Breakfast buffet has very limited choices. Nothing in comparison to the competition across Lacson Street. Overall, my stay was good! I can see myself (including my family) staying in this hotel again in my future visit(s) to Bacolod City.

Krystal at the front desk was very helpful Breakfast could be healthier and more options could be added instead of fried snacks offered early morning .Water bottles should be sold at minimum price instead of a dollar each for the smallest bottle .

Nothing unique. Everything was just perfect. Our room was spacious, very clean, well supplied with all the usual amenities. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food at the rooftop restaurant was very good. It is supposed to open at 6 AM, but at 6:40, they were still completing the breakfast setup. Not a big problem.

We love the interior design of this hotel very impressive. Our suite is very spacious. Ample closet space and nice sitting area. Bathroom space is good, hot water is the way it should be. The towels and toiletries always sufficient, we do not have to call unlike other hotels. Bed was comfortable including the pillows. Air Conditioning was excellent. Free Wifi was a plus. The best part was the Breakfast. Everything was delicious especially the Ube Pandesal, my first time to try this flavor. I actually looked up the recipe and baked some as soon as we got back in the states. All the servers in the restaurant were attentive, excellent customer service. When we go back to visit, we will see you all again. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Hotel staff was great. Only problem is parking.

There was no WIFI inside our room. We had to go out of the lobby for the WIFI services. Food needs improvement. But our room was very nice, comfortable, spacious and interiors were modern and savvy.
