    Lovely new hotel right in front of the T station. Room was compact, modern, and clean with a nice view (full height window). Limited amenities during the pandemic but there are plenty of local restaurants and cafes in the area (Broadway and South Boston). Downtown Boston, Chinatown, and South End are walking distance.

    perfect location, brand new

    Lovely, brand new and conveniently located. The room had a skyline view of Boston, (as well as the highway). There is some noise from nearby traffic and the T but it didn’t bother us. We were able to use street parking, because it was a holiday weekend and rather quiet, and avoid spending $50 a day on the valet. The room was quite small, really better for one person than 2 but we spent our days outside the hotel. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully appointed, however the glass door allowed light to flood the room making it awkward to use at night. We bought a $2 nightlight, problem solved. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    The room was great and had a great view. Just a few minutes away from the airport. The only thing that I would score poorly was the room service. They only passed by the first day and the 2 remaining days, they were a no show. Also, the daily valet is a bit pricey, being $50 a day.

    Staff was incredibly helpful. There was a mishap with our booking, and the managers went above and beyond to take care of us even though we only stayed for one night. Great location right by transit and tons of things to do all within a mile walk.

    Our room was amazing but, at the time of check out the elevator malfunction, and our room was on the eleventh floor, when we called the receptionist she told us that they did not know how long it will take to get it fixed. We had to use the stairs to go down and check out of the hotel. Besides that all was good, By the way the only way to park your car is with valet parking and they charge $50, keep that in mind before you reserve your room.

    The hotel was nice and comfy. A little glitch on check in but hotel took great care of it. All in all a nice stay. I do suggest that hotels note on websites that due to Covid they are NOT cleaning rooms. You must ask at front desk for everything.
