The windows were very dirty. And the table had not been wiped off. Otherwise it was clean. It is not a hotel for seniors as there is no elevator and stairs everywhere. Getting to the pool involves multiple staircases. However, it was worth the trip as the pool was lovely and very clean.

Our room was OK, location was horrible, some kind of machinery room across hallway, which made some horrible rumbling buzzing noise all the way into our sleeping area, this went on all night every night and as complex was full we could not get a different room

We spend a lot of time around Jasper area. Room was good. Some areas of room and hotel are getting a little dated. But that being said room was very comfortable. And very clean. A big plus for me now a days is a smart tv. But that is just a wish not a necessity. The hotel dining room was great as always. We sat in the lounge and had a fantastic meal And reasonable considering you are in a mountain park. Staff there was fantastic and very helpful with all our questions. Even if we didn’t stay at this hotel we would seek out the restaurant.
