Clean and close to Uni
Great location for University. Local shops and restaurants very close. Clean room with basic facilities but perfect for a few nights away.

Elf Catering Hotel?
A good suzed room with comfy bed and nice shower room. The building is beautiful and whilst the place is "self check in" etc the facilities are great with multiple lounges with large comfy sofas and a huge kitchen for all guests.

Nice new accommodation in Hull
Excellent new facilities. Clear and easy access using provided codes for entry. Parking free and convenient. Newly refurbished facilities with clean, lovely room. Always good to use a new bathroom... The shower is spacious and two shower heads add a nice touch. The communal areas and kitchen worked really well... Clean and nicely furnished. The rugs around the property are delightful. Good to wake to gardens and birds and having a small breakfast in the conservatory just completed the stay nicely. Easy to reach the University on foot and Newland Ave area is so good for food etc. Interested to see how this place develops as the renovation completes and as more rooms become occupied. I will return...

Interesting building
Don't be put off by the works being done outside the apartments building, it is still easy to enter. Unfortunately when I stepped into my room I was disappointed that it had a faint smell of paint(the windows don't open) and had a dirty carpet however the manager(?)very kindly immediately moved me to a different room, lovely and clean, no smell, super comfy bed and a strong, hot shower. The only thing that was missing was a rubbish bin and a kettle, which would be great but as the apartments are brand new, I'm sure the management will fix those little things. I slept very well as the area is very quiet, some may say the building is a bit too eerily quiet but I didn't mind. Location is very convenient, bus stop across the road and supermarket nearby. Bear in mind that at nighttime the main gate is closed and guests may only enter through the small gate next to it. Overall it was nice to stay in such an interesting building.
