Great experience in Giza!
Had a good stay at Pyramids Eyes. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is good. The chef will make a omelet if you ask. The location is good, easy access to the Pyramids. Had a slight room issue at the beginning, and Sayed gladly changed my room!

me and my brother stayed there for 7 nights and the staff were so friendly and even helped us with exchanging money the room was clean and comfy the only thing that wasn't the best is the wifi sometimes definitely booking with them again on my next visit

Not so good
The staff for the most part was polite, with the exception of the calls after 9pm to the room for payment of activities(discussed we would pay at the end, at check out) . Priced were fair for guide and driver. The elevator broke after the 2nd night. We were there for 4. Having to walk 6 flights is not very fun. View from the terrace was night, but photos have a good filter . I would not come back again .

Disappointing stay - not as advertised!
I had a pretty DISAPPOINTING experience with this hotel. My friend & I booked a “premium” room where they advertised a balcony with a pyramid view. We checked in at night after a day of traveling to find out they had given us a “standard” room with no balcony and to add salt the room was dirty. The trash from the previous guest was still there along with dirty slippers + wet bathroom mat as if someone just used it! We complained and they gave us some story how the rooms/views are basically the same although I had a printed copy of the confirmation stating “balcony + view” and clearly there were different room types and prices on both their website and One of the workers ended up telling us we would be moved the next day after we returned from a tour. Unfortunately, it did not work out as they were booked full. When we asked for a refund for the price we paid for the “premium” room, they only offered us a fraction of what we paid even though we already stayed a night in a room we basically did not book/was cheaper than what we wanted. Only after going back and forth with one of the workers and then the owner did we finally get a refund for at least one night. I would avoid staying here if you expect to receive what you paid for.

Hi, I would like to start saying that it was very bad experience with this hotel, I booked 2 rooms for 1 couple and 1 adult and I was told during check in to adjust in one room with 3 beds for 1 night, also the room condition was not good at all washroom door lock was broken. The hotel staff was not professional and we stayed almost 3 nights and there was no room service and apart from informing to the staff that the washroom door is broken they did not responded at all. At some point it was very disappointing and disheartening when you’re on vacation and you will not get the service against the money spent. Thank you, hope to get better customer service with Expedia in future.

Warning!! with this hotel, I had booked via Expedia 2 days before my arrival and when I arrived at the hotel around 22:00 they told me they don't have my booking from Expedia, I showed them the confirmation voucher, still they declined saying there is no booking, I asked for there supervisor they declined to offer assistance and they let me in the lobby with no help after a long flight and exhaustion, I had to call Expedia about 4 times can you imagine the international phone charges they costed me for each phone call that had to be for at least 20min.. When the hotel staff saw me calling Expedia they told me we can offer you a room if you pay, I declined as said all my stay is being paid already via Expedia, after multiple try with back and forth with Expedia and them they said they will offer me a room, the moment I hanged the call they told me sorry we won't give you here we will take you to different hotel, for more than two hours they were showing me multiple crap hotel that I declined, when I saw the time is 01:00 already past midnight I ended up picking one of the hotel that they offered which was lower star and facilities that my original booking. I have reported further this issue to Expedia demanding a refund, such hotel should not be ranked and offered like this, I am a Gold member of Expedia they made me lose the credibility,l.

Shady with poor internet or no internet lol
The elevator works there with a scanner only, they supposed to give me one but they kept delaying and making excuses and never got one, wanted to give this place a second chance so i went there again also same thing kept making excuses and then the room i got had a very poor internet and what made it worse it went off for couple of days. Will not go there again. Oh yeah one more thing left a bag in the reception because i was loading my bags in the elevator asked about it when i came back the receptionist said he didn't see it and then i went back and i had him ask the staff and guess what they had it !! That was very shady
