Observation and feelings on stay
The hotel is a new property with modern features. Room size is also good and the saty is quite comfortable. Just the prices are a bit high. Being a three start hotel as reflected at the entrance of the hotel, its prices are more or less same as 5 start hotel, including the breakfast rates. The hotel management needs to take care of this.

من اسوء الفنادق اللي نزلت فيها في المركزية .. النظافة معدومة الخدمة بطيييئة وممكن اصلا مايجوا لما تطلبهم الفطور ابدااا مو لذيذ متقدرنا ناكل شي حتى الاطفال كل شي غرفوه ماقدروا ياكلوه حتى الموية في البوفيه فيها طعم في الغرف مافي منيو ولا حتى في التلفزيون موجودة التلفون خربان السلك حقه كل شوية يفصل شراشف السرير فيها ريحة والمخدات مكتلة وغير مريحة ابدا .. مانصح فيه ابدا وبالعكس يفشل صراحة انه زوار المدينة ينزلوا في فنادق بدا المستوى في المدينة الميزة الوحيدة اللي فيه التكييف بارد

The location and the quality of the property itself is very good. However, the quality of service is very poor. Staff is neither freindly nore trained. Common area is mostly dirty and rooms are not cleaned during my entire stay. Food quality is below average. Non of reception staff are aware of Expedia gold or VIP access benifits. I am very disappointed 😞
