This was the BEST resort my family has ever been to! The property is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and clean, the gym is massive and the pools are exactly as you’d expect. The service and the concierge are above and beyond! Our kids are ages 6 and 14 and there was something for them both to do all the time! We will be back and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury resort!

We loved our stay at the Biltmore! So many nice extras in the room like a Nespresso maker and plush robes, bottles of water, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and Lotion. A steamer! A tub and shower, lovely patio, seating area and fire pit. The room service breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. We were next to one of seven pools. There is even an ice cream shop! Lovely hotel.

This location was gorgeous. Everything about it was top notch. The grounds were impeccably kept, Every single staff member was friendly but professional. There wasn't a thing that was left out. This was our last day before we flew out of Phoenix, after traveling for a week. It was a beautiful last hurrah. The food and drinks were fantastic. Would love to stay here again.

The architecture is amazing. The rooms were very clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. My only “complaint” is the price of food/snacks on-site. I expected the prices to be higher than surrounding restaurants/grocery stores but their prices were extraordinarily high. An e ample was $18 for nachos and to add the cheapest protein (chicken) took the cost to $12. Additionally the spa prices are quite pricey. $215 for a 50 min massage, not including the 20% gratuity they expect. This would not have bothered me as much if the spa itself offered more amenities. No pool, no low key waiting room, no flavored water, muffins were stale, etc.
