Great hotel, but not value for money.
Stayed at the Fairmont quite a few times now and it is an excellent hotel with excellent service. But I have come to realise it was not value for money. The price of the hotel room has risen 50 percent since March 2020 and I along with many people I spoke to felt it was a case of the hotel making back the money it lost during the pandemic. However this view was felt at all the hotels I stayed at during my holiday.

This was my first time staying at the fairmont with my family and they well exceeded my expectations. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with all requests. The place itself was super clean and well put together. The concierge outside had a fantastic character as well and was very funny and welcoming. I cannot wait to come back!
