I had called to accommodate an early check in after a 7day cruise, the ladies were very nice and helpful and made it work! Upon arrival both receptionists greeted me with a smile and welcome! They told me all of the amenities that came with the stay and was very pleasant! The corner room had a beautiful view!!!! Loved loved loved it! Room was clean, loved how they have the apps that you can watch as if you was at home! Was able to hit the gym, and even washed a few loads of laundry (at a low cost), before traveling back home! Parking was available for the rental at a cost, Starbucks on the bottom level, restaurants around, and an easy checkout, what more can a traveler ask for! A very relaxing, pleasant stay! Thank you!

Wonderful place close to aquarium and cruise port

Best group of people I have ever dealt with!!!! Super busy place but they took time to help you out when needed. Left my cellphone in my room there and went on a cruise :) and they had it waiting on me when I got back!!! Shuttle drivers were the best to and from port. Dropped off on time and picked up on time!!!! Great breakfast… great safe place to park!! Convenience galore.
