5.Had a great 4 night stay at the hotel. Great location, well maintained rooms(furniture could use some updating), food at the hotel was good (breakfast/lunch) and the gym was good.....could use some newer equipment. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Staff were so helpful, location was fantastic and choice of eateries were good. Not enough wardrobe space, bathroom a bit small, and decor a bit dated..(but that’s a personal taste issue) overall, if I’m coming to Santa Monica, I’d stay here again for sure.

Don’t stay in this hotel
The worst Fairmont we stayed. Not match the 5 stars and Fairmont name. The heater is not working whole night. Nothing provided in the room. The menus is printed 3 paper and not up to date. Fees are really high. Resor fee almost 40 for nothing. Not going to stay in the hotel anymore
