Cold March Spring Break Stay!9
Great location! As everyone has mentioned, the operation of the elevators in the 40-floor hotel is problematic. However! The staff really went out of their way to accommodate everyone by opening the maintenance elevators. Really wonderful staff willing to help when needed. Rooms are out dated, and there is no more daily housecleaning. But overall the location of the hotel is great.

Disappointing stay
While situated in Downtown, one wouldn't imagine the elevator would be a big problem. With 2 sets of hotels, as they are split with Homewood suites, two of the elevators have been out of commission for a month. One could wait for up to 30 minutes for an elevator. Two of the four computers did not work my entire week stay. Breakfast attendants stood watching guests when they were not refilling stations. Very creepy. The housekeeping required a daily request as they are experiencing staffing issues. I would not stay here again.

Good hotel. Rooms were nice for the price. Valet gentleman was not very friendly at all when he found out we booked the parking ourselves. Nothing outstanding - but a good hotel. Walking distance to a lot downtown.

Chicago Comfort
The place was great! Amazing staff and friendly environment. Centrally located to shopping and the Red Line was a few blocks away. As always, good breakfast options. Only thing to say negatively was only two of the three elevators were working and the wait time when going down the elevator took a while. But it’s nothing too crazy or atypical of a high rise. Patience was definitely a virtue but overall not devastating to our trip! I recommend this place definitely!

Chicago Visit
No heat the first night , was fixed the next day but unit was so loud that we could barely hear the TV so we only turned it on when absolutely needed. 1 elevator down , so wait times took as long as 8 minutes at times , there was a gentleman at times taking people down the employee elevator which was appreciated Cleanness of room good , but we had no bathtub , I think we got a handicap room ? We frequent this Hotel often , but this visit was disappointing
