Problem after problem
My stay was frustrating and long. There isn’t enough staff to check people in so there was a line all the way to the automatic doors. On top of that their key card system for the rooms wasn’t working. Therefore, security had to individually let everyone into their rooms which was infuriating considering how tired my family was and how much we paid for the stay. Then, we found out that the elevators were out of service and we were taken to the staff elevators. The hotel did not have any more rooms with king beds which is specifically what we booked and after agreeing to take the two queen room we were told the price would remain the same. This was not true either and we were charged more. Overall, not a great experience. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel.
