Horrible! Don’t stay here!
I am very disappointed with my stay here. First off they wanted to charge me a $50 fee for checking in too early. Which I wasn’t informed about by the way. But the lady was nice enough to wave the fee. Then when we got in the room we noticed there was mold above the shower. They want to charge you for everything here. Not much in the way of accommodation. Never will stay here again!

Old, Needs Repairs, Nice Staff
There were bugs in our first room - on the bed and in the bathroom. We switched rooms but the bed size was smaller than requested. The third room was better once I cleaned the hair from the bathtub and unplugged the whistling refrigerator. There are many places - ceilings, floors, baseboards that are in serious disrepair. Parking is $22 per day and breakfast was $18.

It was OK
There was no one at the desk for the first 10 min i was there. I did get in after that. Next AM i went for coffee and the elevators were being cleaned, but only one seemed to be working. In the customer service world, you would assume the guest would be more important. that was not the case. It was nine floors up and i did consider taking the stairs . Its the simple things that went away after Covid and never came back
