8/10 Very good

The stay was amazing but would add on few suggestions which are some basic facilities like water and microwave oven etc.

8/10 Very good

The rooms were great and loved the balcony in my upgraded room. I didn’t like that we didn’t have any glasses to make drinks in our room and when we called the front desk we were told we had to go down to the 2nd floor to get the cups ourself. They weren’t where the front desk said so my husband had to find a security person to get the paper cups from behind the coffee counter. We would have preferred glass as the paper cups leaked after using it for a few minutes. That was my only complaint, everything else seemed nice.

Very convenient to UC and Xavier University. The AC wasn’t great. The room was warm. We did go to the front desk and they were sending someone up but nothing really changed.

Family fun with Fiona
We were in town to visit Fiona at the Cincinnati Zoo. This hotel was walking distance away. Great location to stay in if that is where you want to be, but not many food options nearby. We used Uber Eats one night when everything was closed. We took Uber to the Cincinnati Reds game and it worked out very well. Nice and quirky hotel…we enjoyed our stay very much. The only problem we had was at check-in when our reservation was not found…the hotel staff was very nice and was able to re-do the reservation and find us a room. Would stay here again as we loved the zoo.

Serviced the purpose
My overall experience was good, although the mattress was very uncomfortable and actually tilted once you got on it. Not sure I would last more than two nights on it without more back pain. And after seeing a guess walk two rather large dogs (over 75lbs) into the elevator I’m inclined to suggest hotels provide guests with the option of being informed whether the room being assigned had a dog previously or is next to a guests with dogs.
