Family destination
It’s always a good experience to stay at the Hyatt Saipan. My family loves it and we hope to spend one of our family celebrations there again.

I stayed 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and overall i was a little disappointed. The facility is a little old and the service wasn’t very good. When we went for breakfast as a paying customer, the service was very slow. I asked for extra dish for my daughter, but it took too long that i had to go find the dish from the buffet section. Also, I asked the hotel to get a free taxi provided from the T galleria, but the taxi driver was very rude. The information desk was very helpful with a Korean speaking employee to help me with my stay. I rather stay Kensington which i stayed for 2 nights. The facility was newer, the service was great and the food was delicious.

wonderful Hyatt stay in Saipan
Location is at the city center, close to shopping area and restaurants. Very convenient for walking around the central area. The hotel is relaxing with a beautiful garden lagoon and beach front. Good place for quiet and restful stay.

the hotel was kind of dated as are most things in CNMI. The service was friendly which was nice, but the room was damp due to the A/C being on. Still I could have dealt with that as i love in Guam and am used to it. What I couldn't get over was the hardest most uncomfortable bed my wife and I ever slept on! She actually made me check to see if we were sleeping on just the boxspring! I guess economically a rock hard mattress gets replaced less often, but I have slept out in the jungle survival camping with more comfort than this! Paid extra for the King with a view....view was nice. $225 for a single night with hardly any sleep? I'd look elsewhere...

For how old it was, the condition and cleanliness was excellent. It just hasn’t had an update in so many years. Staff was EXCELLENT. Great location and grounds. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Just wish they would update the property a little.
