Nice place but park elsewhere
Overall a good stay. Staff were friendly. Really like the free slippers. Parking was 66 dollars per day. You can get it for half that amount if you self park right across the street

The welcome at the desk was great; the rooms were made up well if a little late in the day; and the beds were excellent. There was a stain on the side of the bed that was off putting, but otherwise the hotel location and amenities worked well for us

Good 6.0
Customer service was so-so. We booked this hotel for a cheer competition and made multiple requests to be booked near each other. Reservation numbers were provided at their request and upon arrival we were again assured that we would be booked near each other. They did book us all on the 3rd floor but booked myself and daughter in the north tower with everyone else in the south tower. The towers don’t connect - so it was a huge disappointment for my daughter not to be near her teammates when a lot of emails and communication were sent to the hotel leading up to the reservation dates. The drain in the tub was also slow so you were standing in over an inch of water in the tub while showering. Room service was quick, but the food was not worth the price. The light to the pool is also very dim making it difficult to see children swimming in the pool. Disappointed overall at the experience
