Great Hotel
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and is right next to the Iconic Apple store at union square. The rooms are spacious with elegant fixtures and decor and had a nice view of the city. Walking distance from Shops, restaurants, bart station etc.

Hotel is in a great location walking distance to lots of highlights. If not a short ride away. Rooms are on the smaller side and showed their wear and tear. Staff are incredibly helpful in providing recommendations.

Great location, but the rooms are small and everything is overpriced...the norm in San Francisco, but still. Also there is zero drawer space, so don't plan on unpacking. Also, the elevator situation is a massive problem that clearly management has no plan on doing anything about. For 600+ rooms, only 4 elevators seemed to be operating at any time. If you have a plane to catch, leave 30 min early!!
