The comforter was dirty, one pillow had blood on it and another had mold growing on it in one room. In the other room the comforter also had blood on it. They brought replacements promptly at least, replacements were clean.

From the moment of check in, it has been absolutely a horrific experience with this hotel. There was a bathroom leak in one of our rooms. Misinformation about hotel suite layout. Incorrect charges on bill that I had to constantly check on and have addressed.
