Nice Hotel-Great Location
After booking this hotel, I was a bit nervous about our stay due to the negtive reviews on others sites. We were pleasantly surprised and didn't experience any of the problems shared recently. The hotel was clean, the front desk employees were nice and arrival/check-in went smoothly. All 3 elevators worked with no wait. The room was modern and clean. The restaurant provided great food and drinks, and the included breakfast provided a lot of delicious options.
We were able to easily walk to PNC Park for a baseball game. It was a good stay with family.

We stayed here one year ago to the day and only 1 elevator was working and guess what, same thing this year. It's a great location and great staff but it's almost not worth it for the inconvenience. The Internet was slow and kept going out and our sink was very, very slow to drain.

It’s ok, great location.
Elevator was broken, mattress was very broken down (sagged in the middle), and pillows were very very flat, although I did appreciate there natural fiber. This hotel is all about location. Id only stay here again because of close proximity to PPG. Valet employee, Jay, was exceptional.

Elevators not working.
Two of the elevators were not working. There were long wait times. They finally let us use the service elevator. This was a significant issue since many of the guests were there for the same concerts and after the shows the elevator lines were very long.

Bad check-in
They seemed to have a difficult getting us checked into a room. The hotel clerk was working on checking us in and it appeared that the other hotel clerks at the desk steal the reservation from her. This caused her to become irate. It was not pleasant check in experience.

Good stay. Mostly clean
The restaurant staff could be friendlier.
The prices of the food at the bar are ridiculous.

Accommodated when single bed room was provided but need to have 2 beds as I booked. Another room was provided at no additional cost as the 2ned rooms were over booked. It worked out just fine

Eh..
The location was great for walking to the PPG Arena, however the price was not the best. It seemed as though only 2 of the elevators were working so you had to wait quite a while when there were a lot of people. The parking garage was a nightmare, incredibly low, with pipes running everywhere. The breakfast the next morning was great! Some pros, some cons, probably wouldn’t stay here again for the price point during events.

Short but amazing stay
We book for a 3 day stay as we want to watch the Penguins game. We’re very satisfied with our stay. The staff are friendly esp. Xiana. She’s very accommodating. I love that the shampoos/body wash are provided. Also, bed and pillow are comfy.
Thank for you!

It was alright. Easy check-in and we got there early and they were able to accommodate us. The room was basic, which was fine, Except the air conditioner wouldn’t cool down the room. We had it on 60 and the fan on high and felt a little air coming out but did not cool the room off. We did not say anything because it would have been an inconvenience at 11:30 at night.

It’s okay.
The parking was a little confusing they had a sign up saying valet only and the garage was full. We had to circle around and wait until we could ask someone where we could park. The lady at the front desk was super nice. Room was clean overall, shower had hair on the wall and outside by the sink looked to be a few blood smears on the wall. Bathroom had a constant sewage smell as well. I don’t think I would stay there again but if you’re looking for a hotel to stay at for the Pens game, this would be the best option. Right next door and an easy walk to the arena.
