We have stayed two nights in Hyatt Regency in Savannah. Unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed with the hotel’s front desk customer service; chewing gum and with obesity clerk… This is not a „presence”you expect in the four star hotel …. Of course we did not expect to pay $75 nightly parking fee( $50 parking + $25 destination fee…) we did not move the vehicle during our stay.. In regards to room itself , we can not complain, however bathroom needs attention ; caulking around toilet in terrible, rust on the metal parts of the sink stand due to water splashing from the shower. The shower courtain too short and wrinkled !

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was amazing. Everything from check in, dining, service, to check out was a 5 star experience. The hotel is modern and accomodating.
