    Great Staff Great Location
The hotel is in a wonderful area. We walked to an Orioles/Yankees game and were able to get anywhere we wanted by water taxi which we could catch across the street. We spent afternoons by the pool and the staff were friendly and accommodating

    Reasonable Property
Room was nice but not outstanding for the price paid. Club level lounge was OK but very worn furniture (especially chairs). Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be nice to my Grand Daughter.

    Great Stay, Great Service
A+ service. Hotel located very close to inner-harbor - easy to walk to everything. Room was large, clean - with excellent bedding.

wrong place for a nice trip
this is worst experience I ever had , it was so noisy the hotel was so noisy at night we couldn't even sleep, the wall was so thin you can even hear sound of next door taking bath and go for toilet , they should have done a better renovation soon !!! Breakfast was a joke!! even fruit was few days ago left over and water Mellon was already sour , it should not give them any star at all !!

    Exceptional 10.0
The hotel is lovely, everyone we spoke with was helpful and friendly. My daughter really liked the upgrade from the cheaper type of suite hotel we usually stay in. We were not there long, were tired when we checked in and everything was smooth. The whole hotel has a modern style and feel and the beds are comfortable. They have little lights that go on under the bed when you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The bathroom had a nice sink set up and the shower was strong and plenty hot. We ate the breakfast buffet and they brought out pancakes that were included if you wanted them and a nice selection of Tazo tea for me because I don't drink coffee. We were in a hurry to get to the convention center, so she brought the check right away. I had the bellman take our stuff from the room since we were not actually leaving until later in the day. 8 hours later he recognized me and immediately brought our things to the car which I had self parked and moved back to the lobby area. There is a walkway to the convention center, so the hotel is very convenient if you are attending an event there. It felt very safe and easy and was easy to get in and out of Baltimore from out of town by car. I don't drive in big cities much any more and don't know Baltimore at all. We came in on the BWE and it really dumps you right there. The Inner Harbor was right across the street, nice views of it, and Camden Yards was a couple blocks away.
