Location was good. Accommodations for the price were mediocre. Lobby like an apartment building lobby. Not many amenities. Good for a quick overnight before our cruise. Wish we had a view of the port.

Book Elsewhere At All Costs

Arrived at our room to find the AC was not working. This was after waiting 40 minutes at the ONE very small elevator. Maintenance told us to “turn down the AC a little and wait 10 mins” On return from dinner and waiting another 40mins to get the elevator to our room the AC still not working. Moved us to another room with double beds instead of king size at 10:30 pm to find the toilet running all night and maintenance nor front desk responding. Asked about a partial refund or some compensation for all the issues and was told “ We don’t do that here”. Was a horrible hotel highly recommend NOT BOOKING at this hotel

Great Hotel, fabulous location

The front desk staff were all amazing, friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they were able to store our luggage with security who was also friendly and helpful. The room we were in could use an update and maybe a little cleaner however the bed was very comfy. The location is amazing. We would book this hotel again.

I stayed with family for one night before a Cruise. The hotel in my opinion is dated, barely any accommodations, no pool, the ice machine on the floor doesn’t work, there is no refrigerator in room. Carpets are thick with dust. I couldn’t wait to check out.

Dirty rooms and negative staff

My wife and i stayed here for the second time, as we were going on a cryise the next day. When we arrived we were met with negativity by the front desk agent. I booked a suite and was given a closet. I immediately returned to the desk and inquired why we were placed in a room that was well below stabdard. The agent switched my room to a suite. The bew room was dirty with cigarette shaving still on the floor. And the smell of musk. I will not return for future cruises.

Average hotel but convenient for cruisers

This hotel is very convenient for cruisers going to the port. It’s literally a 3-min drive across the street. There’s a CVS next door which is handy for last minute items but the hotel itself is very average. Tiny room that wasn’t as clean as I’d expect. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny. Your knees practically hit the sink when you are using the toilet. The AC blasts so hard and loud we had to turn it off despite it being hot. Unfortunately, it was not what we expected and we would not stay here again given the many options in the area.
