Hotel is great, service is top rate. Restaurant (Top of the Mark) has amazing views, a little high on price but worth it. Location is perfect with access to all 3 cable lines and amenities.

Staff needs to be better organized
The staff are inconsistent. We arrive on Dec.27th for five days. Hotel claims we have a two day stay. Hotel realizes their error. Two days later we are locked out of our rooms. An hour later after seeing the original person who admitted to the booking error. Makes us wait in line while taking a call. We had to submit identification and eventually were let back in. When booking for dinner at the hotel we were told first come first serve. We go to the restaurant and were told reseevations are needed first beforehand.

My go to hotel in SFO
I love this hotel. The snoring from the room next to mine was too distracting. Also limited amenities. But this hotel is outstanding otherwise.

Great location and nice character. Check in took forever. Parking was very expensive. Top of the Mark lovely although you need to get there early for a seat.
